Open Access to Providers
Our open access structure, combined with our 24/7 national telehealth networks, provide comprehensive and personalized care.
Members may select providers from our network or invite their current physician to join.
Existing members may view our contracted providers and their selected Primary Care provider by logging in to the Member Portal.
Lab Services with Quest Diagnostics
All plan members receive unlimited Labs with $0 copay.
With nationwide locations, Quest is the leading provider of diagnostics testing. They work with leading hospitals and health systems to create custom solutions and processes that help you get the most from their laboratory resources.

Ovation has direct contracts with a variety of full service medical imaging centers.
All plan members receive imaging with $0 copay at direct contracted centers.
