Enrollment and Onboarding
Once enrolled, employees will receive a welcome email with their plan information and a digital copy of their Member ID card. They will also receive a phone call from an Ovation Care Team agent before their active date, who will go over their health plan benefits, review any current providers and medications, and answer any questions they may have.

Members can then expect to receive further information and instructions from their benefit providers via email. They will also receive a physical Member ID card by mail.
